GUARANTEE POLICY

A 100% deposit of the total stay amount (VAT not included) is required at the time of booking. Please check the rate rules, as exceptions may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For stays between 1–14 nights, guests may cancel up to 24 hours before check-in with no penalty.

The penalty for cancellations made after the allowed period for stays of 1–14 nights is the cost of one night plus VAT.

For stays of 15 nights or more, guests may cancel up to 5 days before check-in with no penalty.

The penalty for cancellations made after the allowed period for stays of 15 nights or more is 10% of the total reservation amount plus VAT.

ADDITIONAL POLICY
