    A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount, excluding VAT, is required at the time of booking. Please refer to the rate rules, as exceptions may apply.


    2. Cancellation Policies:


    1-Day Flexible Cancellation: Guests can cancel without penalty up to 1 day before arrival.


    If you cancel within 1 day of check-in, the full reservation amount will be charged.


    3. No-Show Policy:


    In the event of a no-show on the reservation date: The full reservation amount will be charged as a penalty.


    There are no refunds or rescheduling options under this condition.


    4. Additional Regulations


    Pets are welcome and receive a preferential lodging rate of $50,000 COP per day, excluding food. Additional charges may apply for pet services. Please contact the hotel for more information.
