Guarantee Policies:
A deposit of 100% of the total amount of the stay, VAT not included, is required at the time of booking. Please check the rate rules, as exceptions may apply.
Cancellation Policies:
Flexible 1 day: Guests may cancel without penalty up to 1 day before arrival.
If canceled within 1 day prior to check-in, the total payment of the reservation will be charged.
No Show Policies:
If the guest does not show up on the reservation date: the total payment of the reservation will be applied as a penalty.
There is no refund or possibility of rescheduling under this condition.

Pets are welcome and have a preferential accommodation fee of COP $50,000 per day, not including food. Additional charges may apply for pet services. Please contact the hotel for more information.
