    WARRANTY REGULATIONS

    A deposit of 100% of the total stay, excluding VAT, is required at the time of booking. Please refer to the rate policy, as exceptions may apply.


    CANCELLATION REGULATIONS

    • For accommodations between 1-14 nights, the client can cancel 24 hours before check-in day, without penalty.
    • The penalty for accommodations between 1-14 nights for cancellation outside the established time is the value of one night plus VAT.
    • For accommodations of 15 nights or more, the client can cancel 5 days before check-in, without penalty.
    • The penalty for accommodations of 15 nights or more, for cancellation outside the established time, is 10% of the total reservation plus VAT.

    ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS

    Pets are welcome and have a preferential room rate of $50,000 per day, not including food. Additional fees may apply for pet services. Contact the hotel for more information.
