    WARRANTY REGULATIONS

    A deposit of 100% of the total amount of the stay, VAT not included, is required at the time of making the reservation. Consult the fare rules, as exceptions may apply.


    CANCELLATION REGULATIONS

    For accommodations between 1-14 nights, the customer can cancel 24 hours in advance on the day of check in, without penalty.

    The penalty for accommodations between 1-14 nights for cancellation was the established time and is the value of one night plus VAT.

    For accommodations lasting more than 15 nights, the customer can cancel 5 days before check in, without penalty.

    The penalty for accommodations from 15 nights, for cancellation within the established time, is 10% of the total reservation plus VAT.


    ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS

    Pets are welcome and have a preferential accommodation rate of $50,000 per day, excluding food. Additional charges for pet services can be applied. Contact the hotel to request more information.
