    1. Guarantee Policy:

    A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount (excluding VAT) is required at the time of booking. Please check rate rules, as exceptions may apply.



    2. Cancellation Policy:

    Flexible (1 day): Guests may cancel without penalty up to 1 day prior to arrival.


    If cancellation occurs within 1 day of check-in, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.



    3. No-Show Policy:

    If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date: The full cost of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.


    No refunds or rescheduling options are available under this condition.



    4. Additional Policies:

    Pets are welcome for a special accommodation fee of $50,000 per day (food not included). Additional charges for pet services may apply; please contact the hotel for more information.


    The sexual exploitation and abuse of minors are punishable by imprisonment under Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009.
