    VOU Suites is located in the northern part of Bogotá, one of the most exclusive areas in the city. From El Dorado International Airport, you can get there in approximately 25 to 30 minutes by taxi or private vehicle. You can also arrange a private transfer with us for an additional fee.   • Is the hotel close to tourist attractions?

    Yes. VOU Suites is located near key areas such as Parque de la 93, Zona T, shopping centers like Unicentro and Andino, and renowned restaurants and cafes in Bogotá. We're also just minutes from cultural and entertainment venues. Our staff can provide recommendations and plans.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    It depends on the length of stay:

    - Reservations of 1 to 14 nights: Cancellation without penalty up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, one night plus VAT will be charged.

    - Reservations of 15 nights or more: Cancellation without penalty up to 5 days before check-in. After that, 10% of the total plus VAT will be charged.

    - In case of No Show or early departure, penalties apply.

  • Is the hotel pet-friendly?

    Yes, we accept pets with an additional fee of $50,000 COP per day. For longer stays, this fee applies to all reserved days. A current vaccination record is required upon check-in.

From exploring the historic center with places like the Gold Museum and Monserrate, to enjoying shopping, dining, and nightlife in areas like Usaquén, Zona T, and Parque de la 93.   • Does the hotel organize activities or tours?

    Although VOU Suites doesn't directly organize tours, we can help you coordinate customized plans with partner agencies or recommend the best local activities during your stay.

  • Does the room price include taxes?

    No. Rates do not include the 19% VAT, which is charged at check-in. Foreign guests traveling for tourism may be exempt if they present a passport with a valid entry stamp and meet Colombian legal requirements.

  • What payment methods are available?

    We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Payments must be made in full to confirm your reservation, especially for special rates or longer stays.

  • What should I present when I arrive at the hotel?

    At check-in, you must sign the accommodation contract and present your original document (ID or passport with immigration stamp, if applicable). You must also register any companions.



  • Can I have visitors in my suite?

    No one other than those registered during check-in is allowed to enter.



  • Is smoking allowed on the premises?

    No. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and throughout the building. Failure to comply carries a penalty of USD 50.



  • What requirements apply to staying with minors?

    If you are traveling with your parents: present the civil registry that proves the relationship.


    If traveling with a guardian or family member: present original notarized permission from the parents with identification of all persons involved.


    Failure to meet these requirements will result in the minor being denied accommodation and the authorities being notified.

  • Do I need to get vaccinated against yellow fever to travel to Colombia?

    The yellow fever vaccination is not required to enter major cities in Colombia. However, if you are a foreigner planning to visit natural areas such as Tayrona Park, the Amazon, the Sierra Nevada, or jungle areas, you must present your international yellow fever vaccination card. This measure is intended to protect your health in at-risk areas and should not be a cause for concern. The vaccine is safe, valid for life, and is recommended at least 10 days before travel.
